Queen Delight capped off a stellar night of racing at the final night of the Cranbourne Night Racing meets, charging home in second place.
The daughter of Lago Delight jumped extremely well, which was the key to her coming accross and settling in first position on the rail. Queen Delight was challenged after the turn, but found that extra bit of toughness, dug deep, and fought back hard to regain the lead. Just couldn’t quite hold off the fast finishing You Can Dance who swamped at the very end to win.
A gutsy second from Queen Delight and a fantastic ride from the apprentice Jake Bayliss.
