Havelock Park is located in Pearcedale, Victoria, approximately 55 km from Melbourne CBD.

Its proximity to the largest and newest training complex at Cranbourne (10 minutes) provides easy access to the facilities offered at Cranbourne such as the swimming pool and barrier trials.

Havelock Park is also within an hour’s drive to Flemington, Caulfield, Moonee Valley and Sandown, the four metropolitan racetracks in Melbourne.

Life for horses at Havelock Park is great.

They have every conceivable luxury and every possible attention is afforded to them by the diligent, hard working staff.

Some of the facilities available at Havelock Park include sandrolls for horses to wind down after track gallops, a treadmill for horses requiring light work or recovering from injuries, starting barriers to teach horses proper barrier manners, two private tracks for trotting and galloping horses and swimming facility for horses.

Havelock Park offers a quiet and relaxed environment for the horses. Each morning, the horses are put through their respective work on the property’s private 1600 metre all weather dirt track and 1400 metre grass track.

When the horses have finished their morning work, they will relax in one of the 42 spacious paddocks.

At the end of the day, the horses will be brought back into the stable complex when they can spend the night in a safe and controlled environment.
